You don’t need more food rules or stricter plans—you need someone who gets it. A sidekick who understands the messy middle of weight loss, the frustration of starting over every Monday, and the exhaustion of feeling like you’re the problem.
I’m a weight loss coach and the creator of Weight Loss Redefined, a program designed specifically for women in peri to post-menopause who are tired of dieting, tired of obsessing over food, and ready for something different.
For years, I was stuck in what I call “diet hopping hell.” I tried it all—points, shakes, low-carb, meal plans—and every time I “failed,” I felt worse about myself. Until I realized something big: The problem wasn’t me. It was the diets.
That realization changed everything. I stopped outsourcing my choices to someone else’s plan and started listening to my body. I became what I now call a Peaceful Eater—someone who trusts herself around food, eats what she loves without guilt, and no longer thinks about food 24/7.
Now, I help other women break free from the diet cycle and create a life where food feels simple, their mindset feels strong, and their habits support lasting change.
Does Weight Loss Feel Exhausting…
Are you tired of starting over every Monday?
Do you feel like you’ve tried every diet out there with no lasting results?
Is food always on your mind—counting calories, planning meals, feeling guilty?
Are you overwhelmed by conflicting advice about weight loss in menopause?
Do you wish you could just trust yourself around food again?
Are you ready for an approach that actually fits into your life?
I’m not about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans—I’m about sustainable change. What I’ve discovered is that there are three core pillars that separate endless dieting cycles from true, lasting freedom around food.
I call these The Weight Loss Redefined Framework because when these three pillars—Hunger, Mindset, and Habits—are aligned, everything changes. Small, consistent shifts in these areas lead to results that feel natural, sustainable, and life-changing.
When you follow this framework step-by-step, you’ll stop obsessing over food, start trusting your body, and finally experience weight loss that sticks, even in menopause.
Step 1: Reconnect with your body
Tune into your natural hunger and fullness cues-no more food rules or calorie counting
Step 2: Shift your mindset
Ditch guilt, shame, and all or-nothing thinking
Step 3: Build Lasting Habits
Build simple, daily routines that fit your lifestyle
Here’s the difference: Most programs focus on short-term diets, quick fixes, and impossible rules. Weight Loss Redefined focuses on follow-through.
I won't hand you another rigid meal plan or a list of “good” and “bad” foods. Instead, I'll guide you through three simple, proven pillars: Eating According to Hunger Signals, Mastering Your Mindset, and Building Sustainable Habits.
When you start to follow this approach, you’ll notice something:
You’ll stop overthinking every bite.
You’ll start trusting your body again.
You’ll build habits that stick—without relying on willpower alone.
Your relationship with food (and yourself) will change forever.

“I’ve lost 16 lbs. just by cutting back on snacks and sweets. I haven’t given them up, I’m just eating less of them.”

"I struggled to maintain for months until I joined your group and I have since lost 7.8 pounds to date (hopefully down a little tomorrow on my normal weight in day), for an overall weight loss of 23.4 pounds. I am still overweight and have a long way to go, but feel as if I have the tools to have continued success.

“Just knowing we all emotionally eat took the temperature down on that thought.”

“It’s amazing to figure out I just wasn’t paying attention to what I was eating, when I was eating, and how much I was eating and what a difference it makes being more cognizant of these things. And, that drinking more water really does make a difference in how I feel.”
